The first wave of the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass has officially arrived, and it brings players to a brand-new underwater community called Bubbly Basin. This new area is designed as a cozy, colorful town nestled beneath the waves, filled with water-type Pokémon and a relaxed, bubbly atmosphere that stands in contrast to the more rugged zones of the main game.

Bubbly Basin introduces a fresh storyline where players help local residents restore the town's coral gardens and repair its ancient tide gates. Along the way, you will meet new characters, including a quirky shell collector and a retired sailor who runs the local café. The expansion also adds several new side activities, such as pearl diving minigames and a tide pool treasure hunt that rewards rare items.
